Corporate & Presentations

Presentations, Talks, Workshops & Corporate Events

A polished 125-capacity venue for companies, speakers, educators, consultants, nonprofits, and organizations that need more atmosphere than a conference room.

Some Events Need a Room Where the Audience Can Focus

The Screenhouse gives you seating, a 35-foot cinema screen, presentation capability, and an intimate stage environment that helps your message land.

Whether you're presenting to 20 people or 125, the room works. Pro projector, professional sound, and production support available.

A Presentation That Isn't in a Hotel Ballroom

Most meeting space is a rectangle with a screen at one end and a projector that somebody has to coax into life. The problem is not comfort, it is attention: flat seating, a small image and borrowed audio make people drift.

This is a theater. Tiered seating points every one of 121 seats at a stage and a 35-foot cinema screen, with a proper sound system and wireless microphones. Slides look like cinema. Video plays like cinema. A speaker stands on a stage rather than in front of a table, and the room takes them seriously.

It suits the kind of session where one person is talking and everyone else should be listening: an all-hands, a product launch, a training day, a keynote, an awards night, a client showcase, a recorded talk. It is less suited to breakout tables and workshop rounds, and we will tell you so rather than sell you the wrong room.

What Comes With the Room

Every booking has the same bones. What changes is how much of it you use.

🎬

A 35-Foot Cinema Screen

A silver cinema screen and a professional movie-theater projector — the same picture we run film nights on. Slideshows, video tributes, presentations and game feeds all land on it at full size.

🔊

Sound and Microphones

A front-of-house sound system, a mixer, and wireless microphones for speakers, hosts and performers. Music plays through the house system before and after.

🎭

A Real Stage

A full stage with lighting, rather than a cleared corner of a ballroom. It changes how an event feels the moment people walk in.

🪑

125 Capacity, Tiered

Stadium-style seating, so nobody spends the night looking at the back of somebody's head. Every seat sees the screen and the stage.

🅿️

Free Parking Out Front

Free parking directly outside, with no garage, no meters and no walk. Guests who struggle with distance can be dropped at the door.

🎚️

Someone Running It

Production support comes with the room: projection, sound, lighting and microphones set up and run by somebody who knows the system.

How a Booking Actually Runs

1

You tell us the date

Send the date and roughly what you're planning. If the date is open, we'll say so straight away.

2

We quote it

Cost depends on the date, how long you need the room, staffing and what production you want, so we quote each booking rather than publishing a rate card.

3

We plan the room

We agree a load-in time, work out what goes on the screen, and sort out microphones, music and running order before the day.

4

You host it

You arrive to a room that's already set. We run the technical side so you can be a host rather than an operator.

The sooner the better for weekends, which go first. Midweek dates are often available at shorter notice — it's always worth asking about a date you think is too close.
Yes. Tell us what you're presenting from when we confirm the date and we'll make sure the connection and the format are sorted before your people are in the room.
Yes — the room doubles as a production space, so talks, trainings and launches can be filmed or livestreamed while they happen.
It's a tiered theater, so it's built for one person presenting to a room rather than round-table breakouts. For talks, trainings and launches it's ideal; for table-based workshops it isn't the right room, and we'd rather say so.
Yes. Tell us the schedule you have in mind and we'll quote the room for the day rather than by the session.
