Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of thescreenhouse.com and your purchases from The Screenhouse, LLC (“The Screenhouse,” “we,” “us”), located at 900 Caledonia Dr, Suite 130, O’Fallon, MO 63368. By buying a ticket or product, or by using this site, you agree to them.

1. Tickets

• Service fee. The Screenhouse reserves the right to add a minimum $2 service / facility maintenance fee to every ticket purchased through our ticketing system. The fee, when applied, is shown as a separate line before you pay.
• All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except where an event is cancelled by us or by the producer, in which case the ticket price and any fees are refunded to the original payment method. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket is valid for the new date; if you cannot attend the new date, contact us within 14 days of the announcement for a refund.
• Delivery. Tickets are delivered by email as QR codes. Each QR code admits one person once. Please do not share images of your tickets publicly.
• Admission. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person for behaviour that endangers or disrupts others, without refund. Some events are age-restricted; the age policy is stated on the event page.
• Producers’ events. Some events at The Screenhouse are produced by outside promoters. Where tickets are sold through a producer’s own platform, that platform’s terms apply to the ticket purchase.

2. Merchandise & concessions

• Prices include sales tax. The price shown is the price you pay, plus shipping if you choose it.
• Pickup or shipping. Items may be collected at the venue (show your receipt email) or shipped to a U.S. address for the charge shown at checkout. Shipping estimates are not guarantees.
• Returns. Unworn, unwashed apparel and unused merchandise may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase with your receipt. Concessions, consumables and personalised items are non-returnable. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
• Print-on-demand. Some items are made to order and may take longer to ship; the product page will say so.

3. Venue rentals

Room rentals, private events and producer bookings are governed by the written rental agreement issued at booking, which takes precedence over these terms for that engagement.

4. Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. At the door we also accept cash and, where offered, Cash App and Venmo.

5. Recording, photography & likeness

Events may be photographed or recorded by us or the producer for archival and promotional use. By attending you consent to the incidental use of your likeness in such material. If you would prefer not to appear, tell a staff member on the night.

6. Website use

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not attempt to interfere with the site’s operation, scrape ticket inventory, or resell tickets at above face value. All content, marks and the Screenhouse badge are our property or used with permission.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Screenhouse is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your attendance, purchase or use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the ticket or item concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
