Partner Program
Your show. Our stage, our audience, our box office — and a private dashboard that puts you in control from first hold to final settlement. Built for producers, promoters, theatre companies and anyone with a great night in them.
Putting on a show
We’ve produced from both sides of the table. Here’s the old way a producer deals with a venue, next to what Theater on Demand™ replaces it with.
Three emails and a voicemail to change a start time or swap a poster. Every edit waits on someone else’s inbox.
Update the copy, artwork and times yourself, any hour. We approve fast, so nothing waits on a phone call.
A number on a napkin at midnight. No line items, no timeline, no way to reconcile it against what you saw at the door.
Tickets sold, remaining and gross as it happens — then an itemised statement in your dashboard and inbox. Not a napkin.
Eventbrite for online, cash at the door, a spreadsheet for comps — and none of them agree by showtime.
Online, door and comps all hit the same ticket count. Your own promo codes tie straight in, so redemptions show up in your sales too.
The venue site shows last month’s art. Your own site can’t show tickets at all. Your socials link to a PDF.
Paste one snippet and your events appear on your own website with our official art and live ticket links — all events, one event, or just a Buy button.
“Put my mom on the list” becomes a text thread nobody at the door can find.
Hold back seats or issue real QR comps to whoever you like, right from the dashboard. Multi-night run? Four per night.
You’re promoting alone. The venue’s audience — the people who already like coming here — never hear about your show.
Homepage and calendar placement, the “coming up” block in every Screenhouse newsletter, our socials, and a marquee audience that already loves this room.
How it works
Rental or revenue split, deposit (often none), ticket price and fee, public or private — set once, in writing, before anything else. No surprises later.
Approved the same day, usually. Your Partner Portal login lands in your inbox — no waiting on a setup link. Add your details, then request your first show right from the dashboard.
One click on our side and your show is on the homepage, the calendar, the ticket page and our next newsletter — with your art and a working Get Tickets button.
Update copy and images, add promo links, create promo codes, issue comps, watch sales tick up — changes go to us for a quick approve so nothing breaks, and you’re never waiting on a phone call.
Our door scans your tickets, sells walk-ups on card, cash, Cash App or Venmo, and rings up merch — all into one system, so the count is right by the encore.
Gross, fees, agreed costs, your split, what’s due — as a statement you can read, in your dashboard and your inbox. Not a napkin.
The room
Right between Level Up Entertainment (bowling, arcade, restaurant & bar) and Ratterman Theatres — your audience can make a night of it before and after your show.
Who it’s for
Runs, readings, showcases — several dates on the calendar, one dashboard.
Concerts, tributes, songwriter nights, jam sessions.
Headliner shows, showcases, tapings on the big screen.
Premieres, screenings with Q&A, watch parties, festivals.
Launches, trainings, all-hands with real production.
Fundraisers, galas, benefit shows — with clean reporting.
Talks, workshops, recitals, competitions.
Got a night in mind nobody’s done here yet? Especially you.
Straight answers
It depends on the deal — a flat rental, a revenue split, or a mix. Many concerts run on a split with no deposit at all. Ticket buyers pay a small per-ticket service fee to us. Everything is set in writing before you set up your show.
No. Sell through us and get the full dashboard, comps, promo codes and settlement — or keep selling on your own platform and we’ll link straight to it from our site.
Yes — copy, artwork, links, times, even a date if the calendar allows. Changes go to us for a quick approve so nothing on the public site breaks; you’re notified the moment they land.
You get up to four complimentary admissions per performance, issued as real scannable tickets from your dashboard. The Screenhouse also holds up to four per performance for promotional use.
Absolutely. Private events don’t appear on the public site — the calendar just shows the room as booked — and you still get the dashboard for everything else.
Apply below — it takes a minute. Once we approve you (usually the same day) we email your Partner Portal login. From there you request dates yourself, and we agree the deal points on each show before anything goes on sale.
Ready?
We review applications personally and usually reply the same day. Approved partners get a Partner Portal login straight away — then you request dates from your dashboard and we agree the deal points on each show together.
