Private Events That Feel Like a Real Show

Host a birthday, celebration, memorial gathering, watch party, family event, or private performance in a room built for big-screen moments and intimate experiences.

The Screenhouse Gives Your Event a Real Venue

Instead of renting a plain room, host your guests in a boutique theater-style space with a stage, a 35-foot cinema screen, seating for 125, and production options that make your event unforgettable.

Need a slideshow, video tribute, custom playlist, microphone setup, simple lighting, or a hosted format? We can help shape the room around the event.

A Room That Does the Work for You

The hard part of hosting is usually the room. A hall means hiring everything that makes an event feel like an event: a screen, a sound system, a microphone that works, someone to run it. Here that is already in place and already working.

That matters most for the moment every private event turns on — the toast, the tribute video, the first look at the photos. On a 35-foot cinema screen with proper sound, a slideshow stops being something people politely watch and becomes the thing they remember.

It is a boutique theater, not a banquet room, so it suits events with a focal point: a speech, a screening, a performance, a presentation, a game on the big screen. If your event has a moment everyone should be looking at, this room is built for it.

What Comes With the Room

Every booking has the same bones. What changes is how much of it you use.

🎬

A 35-Foot Cinema Screen

A silver cinema screen and a professional movie-theater projector — the same picture we run film nights on. Slideshows, video tributes, presentations and game feeds all land on it at full size.

🔊

Sound and Microphones

A front-of-house sound system, a mixer, and wireless microphones for speakers, hosts and performers. Music plays through the house system before and after.

🎭

A Real Stage

A full stage with lighting, rather than a cleared corner of a ballroom. It changes how an event feels the moment people walk in.

🪑

125 Capacity, Tiered

Stadium-style seating, so nobody spends the night looking at the back of somebody's head. Every seat sees the screen and the stage.

🅿️

Free Parking Out Front

Free parking directly outside, with no garage, no meters and no walk. Guests who struggle with distance can be dropped at the door.

🎚️

Someone Running It

Production support comes with the room: projection, sound, lighting and microphones set up and run by somebody who knows the system.

How a Booking Actually Runs

1

You tell us the date

Send the date and roughly what you're planning. If the date is open, we'll say so straight away.

2

We quote it

Cost depends on the date, how long you need the room, staffing and what production you want, so we quote each booking rather than publishing a rate card.

3

We plan the room

We agree a load-in time, work out what goes on the screen, and sort out microphones, music and running order before the day.

4

You host it

You arrive to a room that's already set. We run the technical side so you can be a host rather than an operator.
